11 month old Chesapeake seeking experienced home.

Looking to find a suitable home for a high energy puppy.
He’s about 11 months old and is an uneutered male. I have the neuter booked for July as I wanted to wait a bit longer for his bone growth.

His name is Auryn (Or-en). But his given name is Auryn Abraham Scooby Doo goobs when he’s naughty.

First thing I want to say about him is that he is a very very good boy. He is however very high energy and excitable, it stresses out my other dog and my roommates dogs. And for the sake of Auryn, I would like to find him a home that has the skill to navigate his exuberance.

He loves other dogs and animals. Lives with a cat and four other dogs. He has been learning boundaries around my roomates tiny dog and also the cat.

He knows a number of commands and tricks and is kennel trained.

Honestly there is SO MUCH to say about this goofy, free spirited boy. So if anyone is interested, please reach out!
I have a personal preference to an active family with kids that has an owned home with either a very large yard and or an acreage or a farm as he loves to run and would thrive with ample outdoor space. Extra bonus if you have experience with working dogs such as Chesapeakes, pointers, labs and retrievers. Auryn was being trained as a service dog and has enjoyed it. So he needs a job. Be it what he’s bred to do, agility, showing, search and rescue, scent searching, truffle hunting 😂. He has the intelligence and drive to be anything! He just needs the perfect person to provide that to him!

Adoption contract and neuter clause will be mandatory. As an Incentive, a portion of the adoption fee will be returned when there is proof of neuter.
